Do you want to work practically with technology and assembly in a modern production environment? We at WeStaff Sweden are now looking for production assemblers for ScandiNova Systems in Uppsala.

This is a role that suits you who have a technical high school education, preferably in electrical and energy, and want to continue developing in assembly and production.

About the position ScandiNova Systems develops and produces technical power systems used in research, medical technology, and industry. You will be part of the production where the focus is on precise assembly, quality, and teamwork.

Full-time, daytime (Mon–Fri) Start: Immediately, no later than April 2026 Location: Uppsala

Responsibilities As a production assembler, you will work with the assembly and testing of technical products. Examples of tasks include:

• Assembly according to drawings and instructions

• Cabling and mechanical assembly

• Basic testing and troubleshooting

• Documentation in digital systems

• Participation in improvement work in production

You will work closely with colleagues in a team where everyone helps each other and learns from one another.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, is meticulous, and wants to develop in technology and production. You do not need to be a specialist; the most important thing is your willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Requirements:

• High school education, preferably in Electrical and Energy program or another technical field

• Experience in assembly, installation, or similar practical work

• Ability to read drawings

• Good experience with hand tools

• Swedish spoken and written

• Basic computer skills

Meritorious:

• Experience as an assembler in production or workshop

• Forklift license A & B

• Overhead crane license

Employment You will be employed by WeStaff Sweden and work as a consultant at ScandiNova Systems. The assignment is long-term.
